make way through the cavity: toward that tympanic drum
malleus, incus, and stapes for stirrups
ossicles, hammers, and anvils ansty to awaken at
any given glance or glimmer
upon those
footplates and pedals pushing to produce
these very translations we learn to consume
we are at the last reel to be setup to conclude mr. Schaller's showing
film clinks and clanks to reveal what the reel will project
